Templates can now make photos as well as videos, starting with Story grab — you reaching out of a post to pull a friend's story into your hand.
Some templates now export full-size photos instead of videos, and there's a new Post format for Instagram's 4:5 and square posts.
- Story grab makes a single 4:5 photo post styled like the Instagram feed: you reach out of the post and pull a friend's story into your pinch. It enlarges you to fill the post, so you're not small in the frame even if you were further from the camera.
- Photo templates skip the Music and Length tools, since they don't need them.
- Shot guides now show up front while you pick a clip.
